Many web sites you might visit will make you register to start a property search, many will make you register to see the specific property details, and some sites, like this one, do not require you to register at all - why? - Does a site that makes you register provide more information than one that doesn't? No Not requiring registration is simply a choice we made when IDX (Internet Data Exchange) became available. There is not necessarily a global "right" or "wrong" to requiring registration to search properties - we don't like to register on sites so we don't want to make someone register to use our site.

I think National real estate syndicate sites are an odd bunch. I am not writing this because I have some particular axe to grind - I do think there are certain aspects to them that can provide service to the consumer and occasionally to the agent.
